Rates are per room, per night for double occupancy, including :

• All applicable taxes.
• Thireas rich continental breakfast.
• Bathrobes, slippers and other comfort amenities.

Notes & Conditions:

• Extra child 15,00 Euro per day, for all seasons.
• Extra adult 30,00 Euro per day for all seasons.
• Reception operates from 08:00 – 22:00. Please notify us in advance for arrivals or departure beyond these hours.
• Check in time at 14:00 – Check out time at 12:00.

Reservation – Payment Policy:

• A credit card authorization form is required in order to confirm a reservation
• All deposits are refundable according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, unless special reservation conditions apply.
• Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:

• No cancellation fees apply for any cancellation received up to 14 days in Winter, Low and Middle Seasons as well as 21 days in High Season.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days in Winter, Low and Middle Seasons as well as 21 in High Season and up to 1 day prior to the arrival date are charged with 50% fee of the entire cost of the reservation.
• Cancellations made on the arrival date as well as No- shows or departures earlier than the scheduled departure date are charged with 100% fee of the entire cost of the reservation.
• The management reserves the right to change all rates in case of a Value Added Tax adjustment (VAT), regulated by the Greek Government.
• Any overnight tax applied by the Greek Government will be charged and received at the hotel upon check in, on top of the prices.
